Basics: If you are AMAB, you probably need this information

You don't know me. I don't know you.

I knew a horrifically abused trans youth for nine months. She chose to change my name in her chat program to mommie so that when we spoke long distance from the other side of the planet it said "mommie says" over and over.

I named her Anna Genevieve Traylor to give her a psychological shield from her abusive biological mother and agreed to be her virtual adoptive mother.

I know from being on Reddit and from being alive for sixty years that the LGBTQ community sees high rates of abuse.

Let me stop here and say unequivocally it's not your fault. See:



I'm quite confident this boils down to 99 percent of people are solipsists who think only they are actually real and the LGBTQ crowd is triggering for the 200,000 percent of earthbound humans with baggage related to sex and gender. 

I know the math is off. If it were only 99 percent, your lives would be easier.

I was molested as a child. That's the politically correct, diplomatic, socially acceptable framing.

I'm the victim of incest twice over, something you're not supposed to recover from.

This site is aimed at AMAB individuals, especially those in a heterosexual marriage with a wife. 

Please look to your physical health. If you were mistreated, odds are very high you have lingering health issues and most likely doctors, mental health professionals etc. aren't really addressing that.

I think they should. It should be a foundational first step for this community to take a history and try to repair the lingering physical damage so many will carry for life in part because it typically goes untreated.
